In preparation of our first session you will receive a small pdf booklet with a self-assessment.

The questions in this booklet are meant as a guide to gain more clarity about where you are on your journey, where you would like to go and how I can support you best on your unique path.

Please take as much time as you want to ponder these questions.

Please make sure to complete the “for Marleen” section and send this part of the reflection back to me 48 hours prior to our session.

This gives me the opportunity to prepare and tune in with you in the best way possible.

We'll meet on Zoom.

Before we dive into our conversation, I'll guide you through a short breathing technique and meditation to get grounded and centered.

You are the center of the whole session and conversation. I want you to feel safe, seen and heard.

We will use the reflection of the booklet as an entry point to start the exploration of your journey, of your desires and how I can support you best to realize your dreams.

You can expect book recommendations or further resources. You’ll get an email with everything that I have mentioned so you can continue your research and look things up

If you have opted in for a package with several sessions, we will  schedule our next meeting, and discuss “homework” for you to dive in.
