The program

  • The program is mapped out along a personal 40 days Meditation journey.

    It does not matter where you are on your path, from experienced practitioner to total beginner, the program is designed to support you along your journey of committing to yourself and your practice with consistency.

  • Once you have booked the program you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to a self-assessment questionnaire and an invitation to our first Zoom call.

    The self-assessment questionnaire gives me some insights into your  meditation experiences, goals and personal desires that you want to address with your practice. Please take some time for completion and submit the questionnaire.

    In our Zoom call we will go through the questionnaire in detail and choose your practice together.

    The practices that I am sharing are 100% lineage based. Nothing is made-up, channeled or any other new age fluff. These techniques have been practiced, tested and shared from teacher to student over thousands of years.

  • You will receive 2 audio recordings

    • a recording of your practice

    • a recording with further explanations and background information.

    You will receive everything you need to start your 40 days daily Meditation practice.

    Throughout these 40 days you can contact me on WhatsApp to check in ask questions.

    The package also includes one additional 45 minutes Zoom call. You can book this call during the 40 days whenever you want.

Learn to play the inner instrument

Vedanta teaches that the mind is an advanced„inner Instrument“ which consists of 4 distinct entities with unique tasks and functions.

Meditation is a comprehensive scientific system that provides all frameworks and tools to learn how to play the inner instrument. It does not require you to be religious or even spiritual. It requires you to be curious, determined and consistent in your efforts.

  • Anyone who is interested in building a consistent daily meditation practice is welcome.

  • The length of your practice depends on you. In the self-assessment you are asked to think about a realistic time slot that you can dedicate for your daily practice.

    In the beginning we can get intimidated by the thought of sitting still for even just a minute.

    We really do not want to create a pattern for “failure”. Therefore it is wise to start with small steps, build self trust and confidence and then expand the duration of your practice when you feel ready.

    In short: it depends on you!

  • Everything that I share is 100% lineage based and is rooted in traditional tantric hatha yoga.

    The meditations are kriya meditations. Kriya is Sanskrit and has many meanings, one of them is action. In the context of meditation this means that we give the mind something to do internally to train its ability to stay focused.

    The ancients yogis who have perceived these techniques were experts in observation and studied the mind and how it works in depth. They understood that the mind has the tendency to take on qualities of whatever it focuses on over extended periods of time. They therefore chose meditation objects with auspicious qualities to bring forward the minds innate pristine qualities.
