Welcome to the YOUR WAY

school of self-liberation & excellence

Did you know that the word “school” comes from the ancient greek word “scholé” and means leisure or free time?

The original idea of school was to create a space that offers the freedom to follow your natural curiosity and interests.

This school’s curriculum is focused on self-liberation, thriving and truly enjoying the beauty of life. I am sharing everything that I have learned, practiced, integrated and embodied so far.

YOUR WAY is honoring the truth of individuality and uniqueness. There has never been anyone like you and there will never be anyone just like you. No one else has ever walked in your shoes and your journey is just as unique as you are.

This in turn means that you are challenged to take full responsibility for yourself and take the tools, put them into practice and shape and modify them in a way that they work for you.

There is no hierarchy in this school. Yes I am sharing my codes, but I don’t see myself as a teacher. I prefer to describe myself as a travel guide. I am equally learning from you as you do from me.

Let’s inspire each other to rise beyond our circumstances, ditch the lame excuses and freaking live the life that we truly desire!

  • The YOUR WAY school is a space for like minded people who want to become more free, fearless and live a life based on their own terms and conditions.

    The school is opening it’s doors once a month with a carefully crafted live online workshop (Zoom).

    Each workshop is coherent in it’s scope themed around one specific teaching. This means you can join the tribe whenever you want and whenever the topic on the curriculum feels aligned with where you are right now.

    Have a look at the schedule and simply sign up for the workshop that speaks to you.

    Each workshop is structured in the same way. I am opening the topic with an interactive presentation. There will be reflective and interactive exercises. If you want you can exchange with other participants or simply watch and observe.

    The workshops will be recorded and you will receive the recording as well as presentation material | workbooks after each session.

  • LOVE YOURSELF

    JAN 16th - 15:00-17:30

    The single most important relationship we have is the one to ourselves. How would your life and your experiences change if you started treating yourself as the most important person in your life.

    You are the main character of your life. You are also the director and the curator.

    In this workshop we will explore how the relationship with ourselves is primed and programmed by the interactions with our primary caregivers and society. We will travel back in time to pick-up all the abandoned parts and learn how to deeply care for ourselves.

  • ALIGNED ACTION

    FEB 20th 15:00-17:30

    We have to understand that who we are right now is not getting us to where we want to be, otherwise we would be there already.

    Our current life experience is the sum of all of actions and choices. Therefore realigning our habits with our goals is the key to manifestation. It is a two-fold process, letting go of unhelpful habits and guiding the liberated energy into new helpful habits is getting us closer to our desired outcome progressively.

  • ENERGY MANAGEMENT

    MARCH 20th 15:00-17:30

    We are only as good as the amount of Energy we have access to. Let’s be honest, managing our daily grind is already taking a lot of Energy. If we want more than just merely cast along and create a life that honors the fact that we are living sparks of God we really need to manage our Energy well.

    We have to work on the equation from both sides, mitigating and closing Energy leaks and finding a safe way to increase our capacity to hold more Energy.

1:1 Business Mentoring

Creating and leading a business is a spiritual practice in and of itself.

It’s a path that is revealing unhelpful patterns, self-sabotaging mechanisms, wounds of unworthiness, limiting beliefs and many other aspects of ourselves which are vulnerable and require our compassion and presence.

I am very grateful for the experiences I have been able to gather over the last 8 years of running my own business, and for the amazing women who have trusted me with supporting them and their soul businesses.
